When I was 18 years old, I moved almost halfway across the country, from New Jersey to Ohio for a gymnastics scholarship to Ohio State University. And let me tell you, I knew absolutely nothing about fitness, nutrition or what it meant to be successful!
I remember thinking, “Once I get to college, I will have the best coaches, nutritionists and strength training coaches. There, I am guaranteed to be successful!”
After months and months of training, I wasn’t. No changes. No improvements. And certainly not successful.

My time constraints with work and school would NOT allow me to reach my goal. Every obstacle felt like a mountain to climb. I began to think it was impossible to reach my goals. I started to give up.
Instead of giving up, something turned in me and I began to write everything I was doing in the gym, in my notebook …. all of my training, all of my nutrition and all of my recovery. I wanted to understand what was, and was not, working for me.
I found trends and consistencies that bred personal progress and created My System out of the principals I found to work!
Three short months later, I made the USA National Team ranking me in the top 15 in the country!
I continued to build and refine my system and now have built a career earning me 12 international medals, 4 USA titles, a physique that was featured on the cover of one of the largest fitness magazines in the world, Muscle and Fitness, and a multitude of National and International Publications.

I have created my community, with differing programs for people of all different fitness, technical levels and goals. I wants to empower you to live healthier, fuller lives. Seeing transformation in my clients, mentally and physically is what fuels my efforts. My goal is to support and inform any man that is ready to change their life!
